Delivery for orders above $100 is free, below is $4.90. Our parcels can only be delivered to your home and on average it takes 3-6 working days for the order to be delivered by UPS courier. The tracking number and the exact time of delivery will be sent to you by e-mail.
Free return:
If you do not like the product or are not satisfied with it for any reason, you have 30 days to return it. Contact us at info@mobilfox.com and a member of our staff will pick up the package for you. Courier orders and returns are free of charge, however we can only accept returns in original condition. You can read more about the return policy and the exact return procedure here.

What do you need to do?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, email us at info@mobilfox.com
Our team will collect your details and send a courier to you
Once the courier has picked up your parcel and registered it with our system, we will initiate a refund within 5 working days
- By purchasing pro shock and pro shield together you can claim the pro care display replacement warranty.
- As soon as your order arrives, put both the foil and the case on your phone.
- Register your phone in the pro care package, then your warranty will be valid and we will replace the display of your phone for 1 year.
- If the screen is broken, please do not remove the foil from the phone, as this may void the warranty!
- Email us at info@mobilfox.hu with photos of the broken phone, so that you can see the pro shield foil on the display and we will check your warranty.
- If everything is ok we will send a courier to pick up the phone and deliver the repaired phone with the new original apple display within 3-5 days. If the display is broken or cracked before the pro shield is installed, the warranty will not be valid.
